On this website I would like to share some of my expertise, knowledge and learning from the world of computing.
I am a Software Engineer who discovered the passion for computers a long time ago. I always wondered how everyday computing applications actually work. I satisfy my curiosity by reading manuals, experimenting and trying to figure out how things work.
I would like to be involved in the development of the next generation of cutting-edge computing technologies, therefore the Computer Science degree was the perfect choice. I have some characteristics that makes me an excellent engineer; such as curiosity, I am meticulous, patient and persistent. I also speak three languages which are Portuguese, English and Spanish, what I believe is a bonus! I think that keeping up-to-date with the newest technologies is very important for a professional, for this reason I like to read my favourite technology websites everyday.
I prefer using Linux based systems and I enjoy scripting. I find scripting, when it works, quite relaxing and exciting, it is like learning a spoken language. When I am on the move Android is my choice of OS.
I am interested in cloud based technology and believe this is the future of computing. I will keep my blog up to date with the latest from this field and from many others.
